Because they say with it , it can store information for quite a ,long time and you can access it anytime that you want to. For you to be able to save your information as a pdf file then you have to have an adobe acrobat reader in your computer so that you can use the pdf file. If you do not have one then you will have to download it to your computer. Well at times when trying to open your pdf file, you might get problems with pdf. You could also have a problem when trying to bookmark your pdf's file. To solve this you can use the autobookmark from the adobe acrobat.
