Organization is amongst the ingredients to success

In order to stay ahead of competition organization and tidiness is very important. There are a lot of people who do not know that most of the people who are recognized for being excellent at what they do are not necessarily geniuses. They are plain organized in what they do. My sister is that kind of person when we were kids I was convinced that she had obsessive compulsion need to be neat and organized all the time. She was mote like my mother. She is up for a promotion and she is really nervous. Her competition is really smart and very eloquent but what my sister has over her is that she knows how to research a project well and compile the reports well. When she compiles she uses Exel Spreadsheets. They deal with a lot of figures all the time and that is why she uses that she even spruces it up with pie chats and graphs and every board member likes it when she is presenting something and that is what earned her the promotion.
