There is an old woman in my neighborhood who takes care of a child. The child is about ten years old now. The woman can barely fend for herself. I have never taken notice of that home until recently when I saw the girl in town, looking rather hungry and thirsty. I talked to her and she told me that she had not eaten anything for that day. It was around midday so I bought her some food to take home with her. I am thinking about helping her, because I am sure that the old woman, whoever she is to her will no manage to bring her up well. I have already talked to a children rights advocate and she tells me that its possible according to the law, because the law rules in favor of the child in such matters. I would also like to help the old woman. I have always wanted to have a family of my own, but it was not possible considering I never married and as the only child of my parents, I was left will alone after they passed away.
