How young people are being bred to be better future leaders

Young people are considered to be the leaders of tomorrow. Leadership can be in the political sense, or it can also be in the family sense, could lead a corporate, the list is endless. They are the ones who are supposed to take over when the older folks pass on. Before this untimely passage takes place, they have to be mentored and prepared enough to fill in the shoes of their predecessors. If it is leadership in the house, their parents ensure that they are taught to be responsible young people and the are exposed to the world by going to the university where they get to meet different types of people. For those who cannot afford to be taken to college they can get grant for young people that can pay their way to college. If they are being groomed to be business and corporate leaders, then they are taken through business proceedings that involves a lot of financial planning and management. These sessions cost a lot and they also qualify for the grant for young people. This shows how the elder community is working to groom the older folks so that they can continue with the legacy.,
