I love jewellery, and even making my own jewellery with my jewellery making supplies. It is one of my most important accessories. I can not leave the home unless I am wearing a lot of jewellery. I strongly believe in capitalizing on myself and tend to find jewerllery makes me look a million dollars. Only if it is carefully selected. I must admit I seem to buying a new piece eack week. Usually it is either a ring or earings. I love bling and it must look quite flamboyant. At times I find I am delibarating over rings as I want the perfect looking one at a reasonable price. I tend to buy a lot of jewellery online as there is a huge array to choose from. My favorite ring is the one I received for my Birthday last year. It is comprised of white gold and has real diamonds. I usually wear it with my diamond necklace when I go to clubs and bars. At times I am a little worried as I am concerned I am going to lose the ring. It would make me quite miserable if I did lose it as it is irreplaceable. Would take me decades to save up for a diamond ring. |

Whenever I go out in my red shoes, I just feel so much more confident. I know that sounds pretty superficial, but it's the comfort factor that gives me the confidence, not merely the aesthetics. I do admit that I also have a superstitious streak in me too, and find that somehow - for whatever reason - I always seem to get good luck while wearing these shoes. Of course, I can't wear them to every occasion, but I'll certainly consider them my "go to" shoes - my first consideration. I've spoken to my friends about this obsession and they have similar obsessions too about other apparel - from favourite clutch bags to favourite t-shirts and shoes too. I think this is a healthy "quirk" or foible - albeit an irrational one - to have when it comes to fashion. I think we humans all have some small part of us that remains superstitious. |

Previously, the word "boot" evokes images of one of two things: Cowboys, and Harley-riding bikers. In recent years boots have become the fashionable must-have footwear item for women. This recent footwear trend, more often so in the winter months, is the knee-high boot, as witnessed on Pinterest by the likes of Stead and Simpson. The style can range from pointed-toe to round or squared, high heeled or flat, and of course patent leather or suede. Boots are often paired with other trendy fashion items such as, leggings or tights, long sweaters, and short skirts. If you Google boots, the response is enormous with over 34,100,000 results. The last popularity of women’s' knee-high boots was the Go-Go boot trend in the late 60's. The knee-high boot fell away in popularity in coming years, only to make a strong fashionable comeback in fall of 2009. Since then it has become a staple of the women’s' fashionable fall or winter wardrobe, and as common and essential as gloves or scarves. |

Nike has been one of the shoe industry that has been consistent with their products for the longest time. With their innovative designs that suites every consumer they were able to establish the swoosh brand. Personally I love the Nike brands due to the comfort they give your feet and the designs are suitable for my personality as well. Durability is something that you can rely on with Nike as well. Nike created the technology where the shoes adapt to the foot shape of the wearer, adding to the comfort. While Nike are a big brand, and perhaps even "uncool" to some because of this fact, I love them not for any kind of fashion reason, but simply because of the comfort they provide me. When it comes to fashion, however, Nike was the company that started customizing shoes where you can incorporate your own designs on your shoes - a novel idea.

I love cotton. Dealing with a lot of wholesale fabric suppliers, it is my fabric of choice. From T-Shirts to socks and my boxer briefs, no other fabric can compare. The feel of cotton against my skin is comforting. It eases the anxiety of my daily life. It doesn't retain heat. Pima cotton is my absolute favorite cotton. It is so soft and gentle. I feel like I can wear it in any social situation. Every time that I go to a department store or retail outlet I always check the tags of different garments that I am interested in buying. I feel more persuaded to spend my money on 100% cotton garments than I do on cotton blends. Cotton is the fabric of my dreams. It binds my body to the planet. I drive past cotton fields frequently and feel connected to the earth while I am wearing this natural fiber. Cotton is my clothing material of choice.

I would dress up as the Mummy for a fancy dress party. Like every other dress up party you attend, you'll notice many nice, beautiful and awesome characters that you definitely know it's bought or rented. To have a perfect Mummy dress up, You'll need five to eight large bandages, 4 small ones and a few helping hands. After it's complete, You and your mates will have a great satisfaction as it's quite a tough dress up. However, always leave some room for convenience - yes I'm talking about toilet breaks. It's all very well being a mummy at a party, but you'll find yourself drinking a fair amount, so make sure you can easily remove a few bandages whenever you need to spend a penny. But to sum it up, dressing up as a mummy is truly a do-it-yourself costume and that's why I love it so much - no need to hire a costume. |

Don't get me wrong - I have a collection of pink clutch bags and other "party bags" at home, but on general errands, who needs a handbag when one can own a messenger bag. Well not quite a messenger bag. I'll explain. The bag has thick, long straps made of black seat belt material that possess a lustrous sheen. The straps fall about 3 inches too short for cross-body style wear but, the chic gold fixtures on the purse make wearing it on your shoulder all the more comfortable. Large gold studs adorn the sides of the bag, as well as above each zippered pocket located on the front and back of it. The bag also came with, as my friends call it, a beautiful gold "rape whistle" attached to the side. When opening the purse, the canvas-like material expresses its' adoration with the words "Juicy" written in black cursive. Pocket for your phone, pocket for your keys, pocket for your miscellaneous trinkets. What more could a girl want? I saved the best for last! A secret little side pocket covered in gold zipper that is a perfect place to safeguard a pair of good sunglasses. It's simple, yet stylish. My bag is soft, supple, and comfortable and allows me to lug my collection of make-up, lollipops, hair products, and keys. No matter if I feel like a night on the town in a cocktail dress, or I'm just going to the store in my jeans, my bag is always more than suitable for the occasion.

My favorite piece of jewelery is a diamond ring, especially if the diamond is encased in solid silver - how I love silver rings. It is so classically elegant and is surely a status sign. It sparkles more than other gems and can be worn with any outfit. The bigger the rock the better! I love a ring with lots of little diamonds encrusted around a larger rock. I especially love diamonds from Africa. Hopefully, one day I can wear the Hope diamond! I like to wear diamond rings on both hands. I hope one day, my husband will buy me lots of diamond rings. You cannot fool people with fake diamonds. Only the real ones work, so don't even try. It's important to keep them polished and clean so they sparkle and everyone can admire. Make sure you insure you diamond ring because they are expensive and some are irreplaceable!

Pearls are one of the oldest and most universally known of all gems. They are indeed the oldest gem known to mankind and the only one made from a living animal. It is thought that the oldest pearl necklace in existence is nearly 2000 years only and was found in the sarcophagus of a Persian princess. Because they were once so rare they became symbols of great wealth and power and were used as a talisman to ward off evil spirits and cure illness. They were also a symbol of purity and feminine charm. Pearl jewellery was worn in civilized areas of the Middle East and Asian societies as early as 3500 BC and increased in popularity in Roman times where it is said that one pearl paid for a Roman general’s political campaign and Roman women were famously covered in pearls. Cleopatra is reported to have dissolved a pearl in wine to prove her love for Mark Anthony.
